Shipping Info: Most orders will ship within 3 days from the completed transaction date.

Should there be any problems with order fulfillment (incorrect/incomplete shipping information, etc.) customers will be contacted within 3-days in efforts to resolve the issue.
Return Policy: Returns will be reviewed on a case by case basis. . .

That said, It's fair to say that we are reasonable & altruistic people. Thus most issues will be resolved without much more than a kind email explaining where things went wrong.
